What are the advantages of buying this guide?

There are several advantages to buying this guide:
  • It will give you a very detailed understanding on how to apply for a Canadian Study Permit.
  • You will not need to consult with any immigration lawyers or consultants if you want to apply for a Canadian Study Permit, as the guide will give you a step-by-step instructional break down on how to apply and what forms to use. If you have any complications eg. you have a criminal background or have been refused entry into Canada before, etc. then you will have to consult with an immigration lawyer or consultant.
  • The price is a fraction of what you would pay an immigration lawyer or consultant to get the application process approved.

If I buy the guide, will I be able to get a Student Permit and study in Canada?

The guide does not guarantee you a Study Permit, but does the following:
  • It gives you a very inexpensive way of applying for the Study Permit, without going to an expensive Immigration lawyer or consultant.
  • It clearly explains the processes on applying, so if you are using a lawyer or consultant, you can supplement your understanding by reading the guide.

If the guide does not improve my chances of getting a Canadian Study Permit, why should I not go directly to an immigration consultant or lawyer?

Immigration consultants and lawyers get all their information and forms from once source - CIC (Citizen and Immigration Canada). This is also where all the information from the guide is based on. However, a lawyer and a consultant will charge you a minimum of $1,000 to make this information relevant to your situation.

If there are any problems with your application, they will call the same number on the CIC website as you will - the only difference is that they are doing it on your behalf and charging you for it.

So in your opinion what is better - a lawyer or consultant who charges you a minimum of $1,000 or a do-it-yourself guide that charges only $47 $25?

Can I use this guide when I am dealing with my immigration lawyer/consultant?

By purchasing this guide, you will understand how relatively simple it is to apply for a Canadian Study Permit. All the relevant issues are clearly explained. You will be able to have more meaningful discussions with your lawyer/consultant and probably save some time and money.

What happens if some of the rules regarding Canadian Study permits change?

If you have given us your email address, you will receive regular updates as and when they occur.

I am currently thinking of studying in Australia or Britain. I have never thought of Canada. If I buy the guide will it help me consider Canada as well?

This guide will show you how easy it is to apply to a Canadian university, college or institute of higher learning. When you buy the guide, you will get a free ebook “Thinking of Studying Abroad? - Why You Should Make Canada Your First Choice” which explains why Canada is a great choice for a higher education.

What happens if there are parts of the guide that I do not understand?

We are not immigration lawyers or consultants. If you have any questions, you can send them to us at We will try to answer them or direct you to the appropriate resource centre.
What happens if I use this guide and my application is rejected?

If your application is rejected, you will have to contact CIC (Citizen and Immigration Canada). You will be using the same process/procedures as any immigration lawyer or consultant. The only advantage is that you will not be paying large sums of money to a lawyer or consultant.

Immigration lawyers and consultants make a lot of money from clients when there is a problem with their application, as the client is in a very vulnerable position.

Generally, if you have followed the step-by-step process laid out in the guide, your application should be accepted.
